Junior Helpdesk Analyst – Permanent @ £15,500.00 to £18,000.00 /year depending on experience

We have an excellent opportunity for someone to work within our fast paced, friendly IT Solutions Company. The successful candidate will provide technical support services to SMEs throughout the UK and Internationally on I.T and telecoms products and services.

This position will involve managing phone calls, live chat and working within our ticketing system for our large client base.

The core solutions include, but are not limited to Windows Server platforms 2008+, Hyper-V, general networking and desktop support.

Requirement includes a high attention to detail, good organisation and ability to work as part of a team.

The successful applicant will work with the existing team to ensure that SLA’s are met, you will be able to prioritise tickets, and escalate to more senior engineers when required.

Technologies you must have experience with:
  • Microsoft Operating Systems (desktop and server 2008 - 2016)
  • Office 365
  • Hyper-V
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP etc.
  • Networking - LAN, Security, Switching
  • Anti-Virus platforms - Sophos
  • Backup solutions (Various)
  • Replication and DR Systems
Your responsibilities will require skills in the following areas:
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Working under pressure
  • Excellent time keeping
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Team work is a must

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career further in the I.T and telecoms industry.

What to Expect:
  • You will provide technical support from our primary base in Steyning between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm.
  • An excellent telephone manner is essential, site work will be part of the position - you must be smart and presentable
  • The successful applicant will be someone who has good experience in solving I.T related problems with at least 2 years in a similar position
  • Microsoft qualifications are beneficial although not a necessity. Training/Support will be provided; however in order to be successful in this role, self-learning is essential.
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • You must have a full UK driving license (clean) and your own vehicle

Senior Helpdesk Analyst – Permanent @ £18,000.00 to £25,000.00 /year depending on experience

We have an excellent opportunity for someone to work within our fast paced, friendly IT Solutions Company. The successful candidate will provide technical support services to SMEs throughout the UK and Internationally on I.T and telecoms products and services. This position will involve managing phone calls, live chat and working within our ticketing system for our large client base.

The core solutions include, but are not limited to Windows Server platforms 2008+, Azure / Amazon Web services, Hyper-V, general networking and desktop support.

Requirement includes a high attention to detail, good organisation and ability to work as part of a team.

The successful applicant will work with the existing team to ensure that SLA’s are met, you will be able to prioritise tickets, and escalate to more senior engineers when required.

Technologies you must have experience with:
  • Microsoft Operating Systems (desktop and server 2008 - 2016)
  • Office 365 (licensing, setup, migration)
  • Microsoft SQL Server (building, installing, upgrading and migrating)
  • Hyper-V
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP etc.
  • VPNs, Routing and Firewalls
  • Networking - LAN, Security, SSL, IP Routing, Switching
  • Anti-Virus platforms - Sophos
  • Backup solutions (Various)
  • Replication and DR Systems
